The Roses

We have three rose bushes in our backyard. When they bloom, I have fun taking all sorts of pictures of them. They look so pretty!

This summer I made several bouquets to set on the tables when we had friends over for dinner in the backyard. I used roses as the main flowers, along with lavender, hostas, violets, maple leaves, and some little white flowers that I don't know the name of.

Red roses would have to be my favorite.

Project 52: Week 29

The raspberries in our backyard are finally beginning to ripen. I'm thinking I want to make some lemon raspberry scones with them.

Blooming

Right now our backyard can be found with all sorts of flowers and plants blooming. The roses have just began to blossom and our Japanese Snowbell tree in the front yard is filled with little white flowers.

 My siblings have already started picking and eating the red huckleberries of the trees. I'm looking forward to having fresh raspberries and blackberries to eat and bake with soon.

These little clovers are growing in the mint type plan in our backyard.

Moss

I've had a lot of rain here this winter, so there's moss growing all over.

Claire's Headshots

Claire does a bit of actings and needed some headshots. Her mom brought her over for a few minutes yesterday and I snapped a few photos. Claire is such a sweet girl and I was more than happy to help them out.

I love the snow we got here, even if it was only about an inch. Every time I look outside, everything is all white and pretty. It's been a bit colder here than usual as well, as it got down to 11°F last night. Brrrr! But with the snow, it's worth it. :)

Forest Shots

On the north side of our house, bordering our yard, is a green belt. We barely had to step off my propriety to get “forest” pictures.

Theresa - Part 1

If you didn't know, I did a photoshoot with a few friends on Tuesday. I took over 700 pictures, and we had lots of fun! We shot all of the photos either in my yard, or the neighbors yard. I'll be posting all the pictures throughout the next couple weeks, and for now here are some of Theresa.
