Enjoying the Lake

At our camping trip, we spent a bit of time at the lake, even though it's was pretty windy most the time.

My awesome friend, Carrie. She posed for me on the log.

I'm going to have a hard time convincing people that this was shot when we were camping... In the middle of June...

We spent some time at the swing sets.

I love this shot! Steven's so cute!

Oh, and this one wasn't taken by me... Maybe because it's a picture of myself... :P

  1. these are so cute! love all the fun colors!

  2. Cute pictures! I love them! :)

  4. Hi Sereina!

Looks like so much fun! My family really wants to go camping soon! Now, after looking at your pictures I just can't wait!!! :)

  5. Great shots! Hey I was just wondering where you got you watermarking from?

  6. Thanks for following my blog :0)

  7. Cool photos! My favorite would have to be the first one, though :)

  8. Thanks, everyone! Your all so sweet! :D

Allie: I created my watermark on Photoshop Elements. It's just a horizontal bar, that I adjusted the transparency on, with some text on top. If you use Photoshop, e-mail me, and I could send you an example.

  9. Love the pictures, Sereina! They are all beautiful. Which font do you use for the post titles and how did you install it? I love it!

  10. Glad everyones enjoying them!

Eden - I followed this tutorial here: http://www.kevinandamanda.com/whatsnew/tutorials/how-to-use-a-cute-font-for-your-blogger-post-titles.html

  11. the first pic is absolutely stunning!

  12. I love all your photos! So cute! How did you get so talented at photography? What is your camera and what lenses do you use?

  13. Thanks, Jessica!

I just started shooting. Cause just practicing often will improve one's skills very well. I haven't taken any classes, or anything like that. But I've always had an eye for composition, which is an important part of a photo. Just looking at other amazing photographers work, (mostly through blogs) really inspires me.

I shoot with a Sony A100 and a 50mm f/1.8 lens, which is great, especially for portraits!

If you want to know anything else, e-mail me! :D
