I did a lot of baking this week. It started with the chocolate chip cookies I made, and the rest of the week I've been making things such as focaccia bread, cinnamon bread, whole wheat bread, and some gingersnaps. This recipe makes a really soft cookie and just the right about of ginger.
Omg....those look AMAZING!!!
ReplyDeleteMaybe a recipe because those look amazing. As usual, your picture is amazing!
ReplyDeleteAnd I must add, every time I come to your the picture of the dog on your header just makes my heart melt. It's too cute.

I like the composition: the way the plate curves around the right side of the picture, and its pattern contrasts with the pattern in the tablecloth.
ReplyDelete(I love making ginger cookies, too... I should try putting cinnamon sugar on top sometime. Another good topper is a pecan half pressed into the middle. Being an avid bread baker I would be interested in seeing your focaccia...)

Those look SO good! For some reason, cookies that are that color, perfectly round and with those little "cracks" all over them make my mouth water. Mmmmm...
