Project 52: Week 21

This week I baked toaster pastries from scratch for the first time. I followed the recipe from Smitten Kitchen, but made them with whole wheat flour. The cinnamon filling was really tasty and want to try filling them with raspberry or strawberry jelly next time.

    I may have to try that recipe.

    Love how the reflections in the glass echo the woodgrain. The plate is just the right amount off-center.
